Planning Walls

A two week iterattion plan at Connextra (2002). We had built-in rolling pinboards and whiteboards in our workspace. The blue cards are stories and the white cards are tasks. We used coloured stickers to show progress.

A two week iteration plan used on FCR project at Egg (August, 2003). We used a cardboard box as a pinboard as a temporary solution.

Another team at Egg (September, 2003). The Loans team used a board per story and moved the boards round the room as they got finished. The boards were in a meeting space dedicated to the team but not visible from their desks.
